A spiteful, vindictive, serpentine creature, Chandarmaneth isn't doing a very good job of following her advertised egalitarian philosophy, finding her loathing for Davir Sria to be regrettably unbroken. One might call her a rather confused individual… and one would be quite right - between her strange flavour of affection for Shahrivrath, the path she's helping him with and her base instincts to eradicate Order, she's a wholly schizophrenic beast. Ultimately, however, she's simply not very bright, which is why Shahrivrath manages to keep her in line; her plentiful inner contradictions simply don't tend to surface to conscious inspection.

Notably, she hates everything Srian that isn't the Hzataalar Srian ideal (blissfully intangible as it is) or Shahrivrath himself. Davinath, though he's Kaean, and should be emotionally neutral to her, is of course loathed for his attack on her - his suffering doesn't please her, however; she'd rather just kill him. Demarath, meanwhile, is especially loathed because he's stealing her mate's attention and she's quite afraid Shahrivrath might be more enamoured with the young dragon than he is with her; it's a form of uncertain competition she can't stand (even if it's certainly not sexual competition).

Chandarmaneth is a skilled fighter and her magic - when she can use it - is almost completely destructive. When not magically crippled, she has a quite phenomenal magical strength and could probably obliterate any Chosen (Hzataalar or otherwise) with frightful ease if she sought to. Her existence as Shahrivrath's de-facto body guard certainly plays a large part in why Shahrivrath hasn't just been destroyed yet.
