Belewe is a telluric planet with a surface rife with tectonic activity (though comparatively few volcanoes given those circumstances). The climate is more capricious on land than in the skies, and the dragons that settled here live in self-sufficient floating cities.
Beleweans
Beleweans possess no magic of their own. They're speculated as being related to Avishraan dragons, though if so, evolution has driven them apart to the point where they do not possess mind-links, and Chosen are an impossible genetic defect (or rather, if possible, terminal in the early stages of development within the egg).
They're an inherently peaceful race who eschew all conflict. Their technological knowledge, while not quite as far ahead as that of the Avishraan Chosen is admirably advanced. Unfortunately, the combination of having a cure for effectively all known ailments and their content personalities results in a wholly stagnant progress.
