Pellith
Pellith the Servant is a member of the Eminent Court, and therefore one of the divine husbands of the Most Eminent in the imperial_religion. He is considered the counterpart of his wife's aspect of the Great Matriarch.
Pellith stands ready to abide by the wishes of His wife. When given orders, He obeys; when none are forthcoming, He anticipates needs. His work is unending and often difficult, but He meets it with forbearance and impeccable manners… and, it is often felt, while inwardly laughing at the more outlandish things requested of Him. He is called upon for strength, support, and reminders of duty. He may be called upon by anyone in the service of another, but for this reason is very popular among the lower classes and menial laborers, for whom the demands of authority are a constant presence.
Although the worship of Pellith is far more respectable and aboveboard than that of arthyd, they are alike in that they are most often worshipped by informal means, through shrines - frequently on worksites and in homes - and with carved idols. The temples of Pellith are small, simple affairs, built mainly as bases for the priests that go forth to bless and guide the toil of others.
Pellith is represented as a green takma, head bowed in submission. His totem is the livery-collar.
