Uvuun's Reach is the name in Imperial for the ocean to the south of Sekhaa.

It covers most of the southern hemisphere of Avishraa, containing no major landmasses further south than about 50° S latitude (the southern tip of Enarri) and extending at least as far north as 10° S in the western hemisphere, beyond the Sunset Isles, as well as on the far side of the moon. There are scattered island arcs and archipelagos out in the ocean, few of which are known to takmar and even fewer of which are inhabited, mostly represented by a few small settlements in Idrizal's Teeth.

With no major landmasses at or around the south pole to disrupt currents, there is no stable icecap, though floating ice will form at night and several of the islands between 75° and 80° S have a permanent coating of ice, including glaciers.
