Dragons, of course, have a lengthy association with magic, and many of them are practitioners themselves. Wyrm's site says, “Magical prowess is often associated with dragons, not least in the ability to shape change or to ride the winds, but in other forms as well. This tag indicates how adept you are in the arcane arts.”

The baseline of this spectrum is a simple lack of magical ability. While the plusses are obvious, the minuses may not be; they describe someone who not only cannot do magic themselves, but passively interfere with its functioning around them. It should be noted that this is not the same as someone who actively uses magic to interfere with or prevent other magic (ex. V– vs. V++[anti-magic]).
