How well one gets along with dragons. A good thing to know about someone who's in the middle of a bunch of, y'know, dragons. As Wyrm's site puts it, “If you can't be a dragon, then there's always the next best thing: being friends with them! This tags allows you to indicate how well you have blended into the dragon community.”

It also notes that in most cases, dragons themselves won't need this and can omit it, though I suppose that statistically there's some percentage of self-hating dragons, or just dragons who vastly prefer hanging out with species besides their own.
