====== Wet-grain ======
**Wet-grain** is a group of related domesticated grain species native to the wetlands and floodplains of [[geography:sekhaa:start#southern Sekhaa]]. A semi-aquatic plant, wet-grain bears some resemblance to [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rice|rice]] in that it is grown in flooded fields.

As a crop, wet-grain is a staple of many [[takma:]] cultures, [[ethnicity:heartlander|Heartlanders]] in particular.
